At Ballou Ribbon Cookie Co., every order is baked fresh and packaged with love so it arrives just as dreamy as when it left our kitchen. Because our cookies are made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for baking and processing before shipment.

We currently ship Monday - Thursday within the U.S. and offer free shipping on all orders of $60 or more—our minimum for shipped orders—so your box is perfectly packed and well worth the wait. Ground shipping time takes about 3 - 4 business days. Need your cookies a little sooner? We offer 2-day and 3-day shipping upgrades at checkout for an additional cost. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow your treats every step of the way.

While we take extra care in packaging to keep your cookies bakery-fresh, please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or minor shifting during transit. Be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we’re unable to guarantee replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Because each order from Ballou Ribbon Cookie Co. is baked fresh and made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

That said, your experience matters to us—if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your cookies, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information, we’ll always do our best to ensure you feel taken care of.
